How does the support call work?

1. Book Your Call

Choose a date and time that works for you from my online calendar. When booking, you’ll be asked to fill in a short form describing what you’d like help with during the call.

2. Before the Call

After booking, I’ll request contributor access to your Squarespace site (if needed) and review your task list. If I need any clarification, I’ll get in touch ahead of our session to make sure we’re fully prepared.

3. During the Call

During our call, I’ll screen share and we’ll work through your to-do list together. The session lasts up to 60 minutes, so it’s a good idea to prioritize your most important items first.

4. After the Call

We’ll wrap up by reviewing what we covered and outline any remaining next steps. If we don’t finish everything on your list, you can easily book extra time to complete the rest.
